It combines the advantages of chamber back blowing and injection pulse bag dust collector, overcomes the lack of ash cleaning kinetic energy of chamber back blowing, and the defect that the simultaneous injection pulse ash cleaning and filtration will produce secondary adsorption of dust. The off-line ash cleaning method has the advantages of large ash cleaning energy, good ash cleaning effect, low system resistance, long service life of filter bag and high dust removal efficiency. It is widely used in building materials Dust purification in metallurgy, chemical industry and other industries. Due to the different number of chambers and the different number of filter bags in each chamber, this series of dust removers form a variety of specifications. There are 32, 64, 96 and 128 filter bags in each chamber.The dusty gas enters from the air inlet. When passing through the ash hopper, part of the large particle dust in the gas is separated by inertia and directly falls into the bottom of the ash hopper. After passing through the ash hopper, the dusty gas flows upward into the middle box, the dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the filtered clean air enters the air purification chamber of the upper box and is collected at the air outlet for discharge.With the extension of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the ash removal setting starts to remove the ash. First, a compartment poppet is closed to cut off the filtered air flow. Then the electromagnetic pulse valve is opened, and the compressed air expands rapidly in the upper box in a short time and flows into the filter bag, causing the bag to expand and deform and produce vibration. Under the scouring of the reverse air flow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped into the ash hopper. After ash cleaning, the electromagnetic pulse valve is closed, the poppet valve is opened, and the chamber returns to the filtering state. The ash cleaning of each room is carried out in turn, and the ash cleaning cycle is from the ash cleaning of one room to the next.The dust intercepted after filtration and ash cleaning falls into the ash hopper and is centrally discharged from the ash hopper mouth.

③ The "filter bag self-locking sealing device" is adopted to improve the sealing between the equipment and the filter bag and improve the dust removal efficiency. 

④ The equipment adopts air box structure, which reduces the local resistance loss of the equipment and eliminates the inconvenient installation of filter bags.

⑤ The filter bag is made of our high-tech product - microporous membrane composite material. It can not only improve the filtration wind speed and reduce the equipment operation resistance, but also avoid the phenomenon that the dust is difficult to remove on the filter bag due to condensation. It is especially suitable for dust removal of high-temperature and high humidity dusty gas, such as cement, electric power and other industries.
