The hammer crusher rotor uses mutually independent hammer heads and can rotate around the hammer shaft. The impact crusher rotor uses high chromium plate hammer. The hammer crusher has large weight of a single hammer head, reasonable rotor speed and large moment of inertia, which can achieve the crushing effect of large feeding particle size and small discharging particle size.When the hammer crusher works, the rotor disc drives the hammer head to make circular motion driven by the motor. When the materials enter the crushing chamber, the materials are crushed by the impact, impact, shear, grinding and other effects of the hammer head. After crushing, the materials with particle size greater than the requirements will be crushed again along the tangent direction of the hammer head, so as to make the coarse crushing and medium crushing in place in one step, Finally, the qualified materials are discharged through the lower discharge port.
